Tonight I was fortunate enough to attend the Sarafina Fiber Art Trading Card Social in Elkton MD. Everyone created a cardstock page of art with all sorts of supplies… watercolors in more forms than I thought were possible! Pencil, tissue paper, marker, tube and traditional. Who knew!? Stamps, acrylic markers, powdered pigments, ink wells… it was amazing! At the end of the night we cut our art into trading cards and shared one with everyone. So much fun. Thank you, Sara!

Lots of Halloween goodies dropped off at Barn Fresh Vintage Market today. Some upcycled witches are included… they’ve been hand painted green (don’t all witches have green skin… 🤔) and a revamped Pumpkin Patch birdhouse. These will likely be the last of the sculpted felt pumpkins… they take a while to make and, well, Christmas is coming! The extra large pumpkin has eyes that can be rotated but he’s posed to take in the spider who’s crawling on him. 🤭Come stop in this weekend!
