One of the things I love about thrifting is the thrill of the hunt. You never know what you’re gonna find. I saw these beauties and didn’t hesitate to add to cart. After some research, I’ve learned a bit about the company and my little journey is complete 😂

For those that love the backstory, Owen China was created in the early 1900’s in Ohio. They won a gold medal at the worlds fair which was subsequently added to their back stamp. They ended up closing their doors after 30 years due to difficulties from the Great Depression in 1932.

Not gonna lie. Sometimes I thrift things that I have no reason to buy🤷‍♀️ There’s always that future project right? I mean could you pass up a box of patterns with these cuties in there 😂 Check out that cow and chicken doll 🤭
