CPI Productions was on-site to document Manekin Construction’s white box/warehouse build-out at Cabin Branch — capturing the space at the stage where structure meets possibility.

White box delivery is where a lot of great construction work goes unseen: finished shell, raw floors, and utilities in place, ready for a tenant to make it their own. Our job is to make sure that craftsmanship doesn’t stay invisible — clean lines, industrial textures, and the scale of the space, all captured to tell the story of the build.

CPI Productions was excited to provide photography services for the BWI Concourse A/B Connector & Baggage Handling System — a $520M project and the largest capital investment in BWI Marshall Airport’s history — for our client, Clark Construction. Our lens captured the finished terminal in all its detail: a 142,000 sq ft two-story addition and a new in-line baggage system processing nearly 3,500 bags/hour.

Projects of this scale deserve imagery that matches their ambition. Whether it’s progress documentation, aerial/drone coverage, or final architectural photography for marketing and press, CPI Productions helps AEC teams tell their story visually.

Here’s a look at the photography we created of 1501 South Clinton Street for our client, COPT Defense Properties. This 17-story Class A office tower anchors Canton Crossing, one of Baltimore’s premier mixed-use developments.

Our shoot focused on the spaces that define the tenant experience: the building’s exterior presence, the granite lobby with its soaring atrium, and the conference room and meeting spaces inside. Our goal was to capture the quality of finishes and functionality that make this property stand out to prospective tenants.

Harkins Builders, Inc. hired us to capture the transformation of 311 Edgewood IV — a full-scale renovation of an 11-story, 258-unit affordable housing community in Washington, DC, originally built in 1973.

This project brought new life to the community with upgraded interiors, modernized common areas, elevator improvements, HVAC upgrades, and exterior restoration — all just steps from the Metropolitan Branch Trail and Rhode Island Ave metro station.

Our team was on-site to document the finished product, delivering high-quality photography that showcases the craftsmanship, scale, and impact of this renovation — visuals Harkins can use to tell the story of the project to clients, partners, and the community.
