The ultimate bachelor pad — reimagined.
This wasn’t about simply renovating a home. It was about creating a space completely tailored to the person living in it.
A dramatic custom fireplace wall anchored by handcrafted built-ins and warm wood detailing. A sophisticated, open-concept kitchen designed for entertaining. Custom murals and commissioned artwork woven throughout the home. A curated display of Chicago sports memorabilia that turns personal history into part of the design.
And upstairs, a private golf simulator takes the experience to another level. ⛳️
Every material, every piece of artwork, every lighting detail and every custom element was considered as part of one cohesive vision.
Refined. Personal. Unexpected.
Because true luxury isn’t about creating a home that looks like everyone else’s.
It’s creating one that could only belong to you.

Choosing countertops? Read this before you waste $$$ 👇

Most people pick based on looks…
And regret it later.

Here’s what actually matters:

✔️ Quartz = best overall (low maintenance + durable)
✔️ Granite = great for natural look + strong resale value
⚠️ Marble = beautiful… but high maintenance (know what you’re signing up for)

The truth is—
👉 The “right” countertop isn’t about what’s trending
👉 It’s about how you live in your home

We help our clients make decisions that look 🔥 AND make sense long term.

If you’re remodeling or even just thinking about it—save this.

Most people budget for the fun stuff… not the things that actually add up 👇
• Permits & city fees
• Behind-the-scenes upgrades (like plumbing or water service)
• Architectural drawings & requirements

These are the costs that catch people off guard and blow up budgets fast.

Curious—what’s something that surprised you during a remodel?

Complete transformation from top to bottom 🔥

This one hits different in person… the before & afters honestly don’t even do it justice. Every detail was thought through—from layout to finishes—to completely reimagine the space and bring it to life.

What started as an outdated home is now a fully refreshed, modern space built for how people actually live today.
If you’re thinking about remodeling, this is exactly what’s possible when design and construction are done the right way
