🌾🍞 Exciting news from the sourdough trail across North Dakota!

Last week, I had the wonderful opportunity to visit with Amber French at CBS - KX NEWS in Bismarck to talk about my sourdough classes happening all across the state. It was such a fun conversation about the joy of baking with wild yeast, building community one loaf at a time,… and the wonderful health benefits of true sourdough bread!

Fermented the traditional way, sourdough is easier to digest, has a lower glycemic impact, and makes nutrients more bioavailable compared to regular bread. So many people are surprised how much better they feel after switching to real sourdough.
