Sarah Normant(West) was born in Weston, West Virginia. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art with a concentration in Studio Art at Glenville State College, in Glenville, WV. She graduated on the Dean's List in

December 2013, and received an academic pioneer pendant for being a graduate member of Alpha Rho Tau(A.R.T.). Sarah Normant has exhibited her work locally, and state wide. She has done community enrichment art projects in her hometown.
