Just so you know, the fascinating fungi pictured in some of these earrings, were harvested from a tree I noticed by the roadside about a half a mile from our home. Every single piece is unique as Mother Nature allows them to grow. I clean and dry them and after a few weeks, I coat them with Triple Thick Polyurethane to ensure they are well preserved. Some have bell caps secured to hold the ear wires or necklaces and I have added fresh water pearls and/or crystals as an adornment without detracting from the natural fungi.
There are so many ready to be completed as Earrings or Necklaces and can be quickly made into something for you! Just let me know!!!
I will be using some of these small fungi with other species and sizes to create new designs ! Mother Nature certainly has a bounty to offer!
