YES - All pending diamond painting orders will be fulfilled. Please stop freaking out. We know that due to some FORMER close friendships we had, we are getting roped in to people assuming we are LIKE them. We are not. If what you hear doesn't come from us, take it as horse puckey and either eat it up or brush it to the side.
YES - We are still making diamond painting pens, but the time availability for us to do so is now extremely limited.
YES - We are worse than heartbroken at having to make the decision to stop the diamond painting kits. It's going to hurt for a long time and on many different levels.
YES - We are sharing our recommendations of other licensing possibilities with artists that ask, and we are being honest with them about what shops to avoid/be wary of/proceed with caution AND why we feel that way. Y'all know we come with receipts.
YES - Most of these drastic changes we had to make over the past few months could have and would have been avoided IF all of the people who sent us blanks for custom turning actually paid us (or at the very least communicated with us.....some did, but there's no way 50 people all had "financial emergencies" at the same time. We're talking literally hundreds of blanks going back more than 6 months. Custom turns were where we actually earned income and when people didn't pay, we had to find other employment opportunities)
YES - It matters, any form of support you give to a small business matters. The effects of support are far reaching. Do it as LOUDLY and do it as OFTEN as you can if you want to see them survive. (It also helps to support more than the same 1 or 2....do not say "I love all small shops" when what you really mean is "I only love one or two small shops". Having favorites is perfectly fine, just be honest about it.
YES - We are sick and tired of holding onto secrets, we are sick and tired of feeling like we haven't been one of the, to quote what someone else said, small shops that make up the "backbone" of diamond painting. We didn't say it, some other brilliant mind did.
YES - FOR THE LOVE STOP TAGGING US IN OTHER PEN MAKER POSTS! Read the room.

To my fellow small business owners that use Shopify as their platform: this is the second or 3rd phishing email I have received in the past week or so. Please be diligent and protect yourselves! Look at the senders' email address before you do anything, and report it as phishing to your email service provider.

Shopify won't contact you from a Gmail email.

Good morning!
This is going to be a busy, busy week!
First, we have put the pens that remain on the website on a couple of different automatic sales. They are better than the event discount codes so if there was something you had your eye on, the time is now! Haha!
Second, wouldn't you know that the replacement shipping boxes AND the boxes from the new source arrived just 12 or so hours apart.....so now that we have them, the delayed pen orders will begin going out tomorrow morning!
Third, you may be wondering why won't the pen orders go out today. Weeeeelllllllllllll......by my surprise, I was called for an interview by a place that I would LOVE to work (I think 🤭) It would be the greatest blessing to our family if I am hired there. That interview is today, so I'm doing some interview preparation this morning.

Thank you all so, so much for your understanding as we suffered through 🤣🤣🤣

A while back, I made the post shown in this screenshot about some pen blanks by Castaway Creations LLC Resin Blanks that would match the Wednesday and Thing painting we have by Regan Kubecek. Not only did we get a Wednesday blank, but we also got a Beetlejuice blank and will give that away too! I added the names to the wheel and spun them, here are the results!
Congrats to Chelsea (Wednesday) and Rich Schneider (Beetlejuice)!

Our shipping boxes for pens were ordered on the 16th and were supposed to be delivered yesterday. They did not arrive. In checking the delivery status today, UPS now says they don't even have the package. So there is no ETA on when they should arrive. This means we cannot ship pen orders today, including the completed custom turns. Sorry guys. We will ship them as soon as we can!
