These Jalapeño Deviled Eggs will disappear in seconds at your next cookout! Creamy mayo, crispy bacon, and fresh jalapeños make this spicy twist dangerously addictive. 🤤
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 fresh jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch smoked paprika
Method
Hard boil the eggs, let them cool completely, peel them, and slice them in half lengthwise.
Scoop the egg yolks into a medium bowl and mash them with a fork until perfectly smooth.
Stir in the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, diced jalapeño, salt, and black pepper until rich and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the spicy yolk mixture back into the empty egg white halves.
Top each egg with the crumbled bacon and a quick dusting of smoked paprika, then chill until ready to serve.
