I just wanted to come on and give a friendly reminder.
I am a 25 year old stay at home mom and unfortunately not an octopus. I do my best to get all my orders out no longer than 15 days (unless wholesale 15-20), in which I typically get them out in 7!
I do have to take breaks to do mom/wife duties. I do not have help with my orders.
It's just me, myself, and I.
I try to accommodate to my nearby towns by doing weekly drop offs at NO extra expense! With that being said I do my best to take ALL orders at once as a convince to me and you especially with these gas prices. Unfortunately there are times where I have to switch my days to finish last minute orders, or to receive my packages to continue orders. Unfortunately I cannot control the delivery time of my packages and at times they do come late. I understand the frustration, like you I get frustrated as well. I am human. Right now I am waiting for my bead order to continue orders! I buy 50lbs of beads biweekly. I am now noticing I need to buy a bigger bulk at a time and will now be doing so.
I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone who is understanding when it comes to me having to switch drop off days.
