Here’s a sample of the direction my stuff is going in 2025. Pretty much spent most of 2024 slowly testing materials searching for what I both liked and could replicate easily in my garage. And here we are! Simple shapes made with two different dark clays that contrast with a timeless white glaze.

Entering a new making season and I’m excited! I have a direction, repaired kiln, a clean space and a well of pent up creative energy. First pic is a look at the color and texture concept. Dark clay bodies and electric green hints. Then a look at some of the shapes I still like. The daily driver, the knight mug, and the soup bowl. I’ll continue to explore traditional forms as well.

A lot of these were exploratory experimental and frankly space takers. I needed to fill my big old kiln (Celebrimbor) and I love making a vase.
