Hey, it’s me Jessie! I’m a small batch potter in northern Indiana. I love to experiment with shape and color and love embracing nature in my work. I also teach beginner wheel throwing and hand building classes, provide open studio time, as well as kiln firing services in our renovated barn studio here in Goshen, In.

This Saturday May 23rd our barn studio will be one of the many stops on the second annual Michiana Spring Clay Tour. We would love it if you came out and said hi! Come and peruse the studio, check out some new work I have available for purchase, and hang out. While you’re at it, check out some other studios on the tour between 10-4pm. Make a fun outing of it as we celebrate the culture of clay in our northern Indiana and southern Michigan surrounding areas. Hope to see you soon!

Little potter in the making 🥲 “momma, I want to glaze on the wheel!” He almost got it.🤭
We hit a new level in the studio this evening while I got a little trimming done while he played around with “technique” 😆 then with a little help with centering and calming from me, he achieved some little masterpieces… and then we had to end with a donut clearly.

Lots of classes in swing this year! I’ve been seeing many birthday parties, girls nights, anniversary celebrations, double dates, mother daughter time, family spring break outings and more. It’s been so sweet to welcome you all in and see the many creations come to life!!
