I love you!) and got to work on this very human brain of mine. Go figure, I developed some healthy coping mechanisms! When I started out, I was bleach dying clothing and doing small paintings. That quickly progressed into making things out of resin and small jewelry pieces. Gradually, that turned into making candles and other small novelties. Soon, I’ll be adding online recovery coaching sessions!I
’ve always believed in my passions and my ability to do anything I set my mind to. I truly believe that we, as humans, can accomplish anything as long as we have the self-confidence to take the chance and not listen to that little voice in our heads that tells us we can’t— for whatever made-up reason we find.Recovery has always been a spectrum for me, and I’m sure for many others as well. I’ve had a long journey, filled with past traumas, eating disorders, substance abuse, self-acceptance, navigating life with chronic illness, and more. I believe we ALL need a healthy outlet, and that’s exactly what this small business has been for me.I tend to be an "over-sharer," and I like to think of that as my superpower rather than a flaw. If I’m able to help even one person through my experiences, it’s all worth it to me.I strive to create an authentic, safe, and sober space in the community for people— we need it now more than ever. Stick around and be a part of this journey with me! Connect with others who share common beliefs, and maybe even grab something fun while you're here. :)
