Rianna did a bit of both, with touches of gold and taupe throughout her day, and we can’t get enough of how beautifully the tones worked in these pictures of her and her bridesmaids.

Well we sure do love our first wedding of each season! 💫 It’s always great to shake off the cobwebs and make beauty happen (even if I have to send a staff member (shout out to Halie!) back to the Studio because I ALWAYS forget something for our first event of the year).

Liz and Steven were truly such a joy to work with. They are both intelligent, kind people, with an attention to detail that went into all aspects of planning.

This was (somehow) our first time working at Foley’s at , and boy does that venue shine! Liz chose to bring in tones of blue and white, and they just popped against the navy and gold throughout the space.

It’s safe to say 2026 is going to be a great year. We’re focusing on tightening up our logistics, and getting every last detail perfect. We are always learning, always growing, always improving, and always trying to bring even more to our clients for their big day!

We do still have limited Fall availability for 2026, and have started booking into 2027, so if you want to chat about your florals, I sure hope you’ll reach out!

Also, one of my goals for 2026 is to post more REELS, because our work is SO much better when the entire space is included. 😉 So here’s ya go!

Here is your sign that if you're dreaming of doing something, you should do everything you can to make that dream come true.

I'm sharing two photos from an amazing workshop I attended with at a design workshop she held on her farm in Virginia in 2023. This workshop was inspiring, encouraging, and helped me feel fearless. complimented my designs; Holly herself was warm, and human, and effortlessly fun. I also met incredible florists like Troy from .villagerdesigns and Stephanie from .daisy.events who has continued to act as a mentor and friend years later.

I was terrified to travel on that trip; terrified to leave my family and home, to drive to a farm eight hours away where I knew absolutely no one. But I believe we can't improve unless we push ourselves, and stretch, and learn from those who have experience we don't.

The trip was a stepping stone; a little dream of its own, helping me toward a bigger dream of growing my floral design business. This will always live rent free in my head, as I designed and created with fresh garden roses and local, wild clematis, as a testament to past bravery and future dreams.

Throwing it back this cold February day to one of our favorite ever reception setups with one of the most bold, creative, fun couples we have had the pleasure of working with.

I'll be honest with you: this color palette scared me! I prefer to live in the land of soft colors, gentle tones, subtle hues, but Sophie had a vision, and a plan, and our team jumped in head first and never looked back. I look back at these photos now and my eye is actually drawn to the ferns, peonies, and foxglove from our farm, in addition to the playful butterfly ranunculus, and the bold roses, and I have to tell you: it's good to jump into something that scares you, to trust your gut, and to just let the flowers do the talking. 🌈

I honestly can't say enough about Kara and Rob, and their stunning New Year's Eve wedding. I think a winter wedding in northern Indiana can be risky (hello, snowmageddon we had in January!), but it can be SO magical, and SO worth the cold and snow to bring a beautiful day to life.

Fun and true story: after we finished setting up their wedding, Elle, Lindsay and I went to , which is right next to The Morris Performing Arts Center (where their wedding took place) to enjoy some amazing cuisine. We sat by the window, and at one point we "oohed" and "ahhhed" over a beautiful woman getting out of a vehicle in a white fur coat. An absolutely show stopping look, making her look SO "old Hollywood glam," and upon closer inspection: it was Kara.

These two humans have exquisite taste, such an eye for detail, and an admiration for all things glitz and glam, elevating the evening for their guests, and making memories to last a lifetime. If you ask me, everything was 100% on point for a New Year's Eve wedding, and we were so happy to be along for the ride.

Okay, so I know no one wants rain on their wedding day; it can really put a damper on things (pun intended)! But, I think you can either fight the rain, or embrace it, and the choice you make will make all the difference in your day.

Pictured below is a bride who knows how to turn a rainy day into a beautiful moment (our wonderful Kaitlyn!), and yes we are also obsessed with her sister/maid of honor's chinoiserie-inspired dress, and the way this entire bridal party looks even more gorgeous under grey skies.

I think it's a truly special thing to meet someone who is just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. Like movie-star beautiful, meets genuine "help an old lady cross the street" type of kindness, wrapped into one wonderful person. That was my experience while working with Rianna.

On the day of her wedding to Logan, I was amazed, constantly, by the kindness and warmth of this entire group. You can see that in these images; there is a glow, a beauty, a joy, and captured that for us to see.

Was this also one of the few weddings where I got to give pettings to a dog? Yes, yes it was. Slam dunk for Trudi.

Cheers to 2026, friends. Cheers to you, cheers to your families, and let's make this an amazing year. With a lot of kindness. A lot of joy. A lot of warmth. And a whole lot of beauty.
