I handcraft all my wood rounds used for my wood door hangers. Requires planed edges, glue up, jigsawing the circles, routing rounded edges, planning, wood fill holes/gaps, drilling rope and bow holes then lots of sanding! Very time consuming to make but much more fulfilling than throwing the wood in the trash! I try my best to use every piece of wood that comes through the workshop.
