📢 While I’m out of commission for a bit, I figured now’s the perfect time to answer some of your most frequently asked questions!

If you’ve ever wondered about ordering a banner, here’s the scoop:

✨ Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: 3-4 weeks is best, but I can sometimes accommodate rush orders (extra fee applies).

✨ Q: What’s included in the base price?
A: A standard single-sided banner with unlimited mockups, a simple border (if you want), unlimited colors, and up to 3 fonts. Add-ons are available too!

✨ Q: Do I have to pay in full up front?
A: Nope! A 50% deposit holds your spot, and the rest is due before pickup or shipping.

✨ Q: Can you match my party theme or colors?
A: Absolutely! I work from photos, invitations, or color swatches.

✨ Q: Can I see the design before you paint?
A: Yes! I send a mockup for approval — with unlimited edits until you love it.

✨ Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Multiple sizes, and both vertical & horizontal orientations! Just ask for the size guide.

✨ Q: How do I hang my banner?
A: My banners come without grommets for a smooth edge — perfect for taping, framing, or your own creative display!

✨ Q: Are banners reusable?
A: Yes! Just store flat or rolled in a cool, dry spot. Avoid folding to keep them crease-free.

✨ Q: Can you match a specific logo or brand color?
A: Yes — send me your logo or color codes, and I’ll do my best to match.

✨ Q: How do rush orders work?
A: If my schedule allows, rush orders cost $5 (3–5 days) or $10 (1–2 days).

✨ Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Deposits are non-refundable. Canceling after painting starts may include extra fees.

✨ Q: What if I need help deciding on design or colors?
A: I’m happy to offer advice and suggestions to make your banner pop!

✨ Q: Can I customize the size?
A: Yes! Custom sizes are available — just ask for a quote.

Hey friends,
I wanted to share an important update. As many of you know, I live with an autoimmune disease, and some other health issues that can make life unpredictable. Unfortunately, my health has taken a downturn recently, and it’s making it harder to paint at the capacity I normally do.

Because of this, I’ll be temporarily pausing new banner orders.

This isn’t goodbye! I’ll still be here to:

✨ Respond to inquiries for future orders
✨ Recommend some amazing fellow banner artists if you need something sooner
