H.J. Martin and Son is looking for a Flooring Project Estimator to join our team in Green Bay, WI.

This role goes well beyond putting numbers on a spreadsheet. You’ll work with architectural plans and specs, prepare bids, develop shop drawings and installation plans, coordinate material needs, and collaborate with Project Managers to help move flooring and tile projects from bid to successful completion.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and strong with numbers. Flooring or tile experience is preferred, and experience reading architectural plans and specifications is important.

H.J. Martin and Son was proud to host another summer of She Builds Wisconsin Construction Camp!

This free, three-day camp gives middle school girls the opportunity to explore careers in construction trades, architecture, and engineering through hands-on activities, classroom instruction, and real-world experiences.

25 girls from across Wisconsin participated in this year’s Green Bay camp, gaining firsthand experience with the tools, skills, and opportunities available in the construction industry.

We are grateful to our industry partners for their assistance in making this camp a success and to all of the local contractors who generously donated their time and materials to create a meaningful, hands-on experience for these young women.

A special thank you to the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin (AGC) for bringing the She Builds Wisconsin experience to Northeast Wisconsin and helping introduce the next generation to the many rewarding career paths our industry has to offer.

We’re proud to play a part in inspiring the next generation to build, create, learn, and see what’s possible in construction!

What a night at Bay Port High School! We were proud to sponsor the Ingold Family Foundation's 2nd Annual Block Party, bringing together families across Northeast Wisconsin for an evening of football, fun, and giving back.

Veterans 1st of Northeast Wisconsin, Inc. is making great progress on its Cottage Court "Veterans Village" community, creating supportive housing and a sense of community for local veterans.

We enjoyed welcoming the Fox Valley Technical College Interior Design Department students to our Green Bay showroom today. The group learned about the flooring design process, explored different products and materials, and got hands-on experience creating flooring layouts and designs.
