Welcome to my soy products page! I have always enjoyed burning candles and filling my home with delightful aromas. So, I decided to take some time and research the process of soy candle making over the last two years and have found it to be enjoyable and interesting. This is really just a hobby of mine since I work full time in my "real" job. It's rewarding to me when others enjoy using m

y very own homemade 100% soy products. Some fun myths I have learned from my research of soy candles:

Myth #1: Soy candles do not produce "soot."
-No burning thing is soot free but if made
properly, a soy candle can burn pretty clean. Myth #2: Soy wax is "water soluble."
-Wax does not dissolve in water; however,
because soy wax is a soft wax, it is much
easier to clean up than other types of waxes
via use of hot and soapy water. At this time, my focus is going to be supplying local businesses with my products for resale purposes. Soy candles and melts are certainly a nice addition to local shops who are seeking locally made and crafted products. I'm trying out 100% Citronella Essential Oil soy candles because I'm tired of the worthless, over priced, poorly wicked store candles that burn a tunnel down the candle, leaving 75% of the wax unusable.
