My page might have been quiet for a bit, but my projects have not been!

One I had the honor of working on was this beautiful bureau a client had in their family for over 80 years! This old girl had broken and missing feet, dings, holes and doors that wouldn’t open, stuck drawers, and a difficult finish that didn’t want to come off from the last 40 years of basement bound life.

Time, a whole lot of effort, and sincere love, and she was completely stripped bare, repaired, rebuilt in places, restained, and painted with an antique finish, complete with light distressing details all over her pretty self. Pictures just don’t show off this beauty!

I was sad to see her go, but my customer was thrilled to take her home and treasure her anew. Have a great life little lady! ❤️
