"Walk through" my new design for client's upcoming kitchen renovation! Our clients were ready for their NYC apartment to get a big overhaul as the cabinets are falling apart, space is under utilized, lighting insufficient, floors excessively scratched, and fixtures outdated. Requesting to keep the overall tone and layout of the kitchen - they love the warm look of wood cabinets contrasting with the industrial, cool city vibe, I happily obliged! Thinking the space should be lightened up a bit, I chose a light white/gray quartzite look quartz countertop and an icy glass backsplash and left the dark black colors to only the accent cabinet frames on the back wall and cement look porcelain floor tiles. Upgrading the over-counter lighting to new LED light strips, switching to an under-mount sink and touchless faucet, adding space maximizing magic pull-out shelves in corner cabinets, and new drawer inserts all enhance this kitchen's functionality to the max! I can't wait for the demolition to begin! 💜 XO Lara
