Let me save you from the mistake I see most often in new builds.

Most homeowners hire their builder first, then their designer.

It feels logical — you need the builder to start, right?

But here's the problem: by the time your designer sees your home, your floor plan is set, your electrical is roughed in, and your windows are already in the wall.

A designer brought in BEFORE construction can influence all of those things. That's where we do our best work.
