Post kava ceremony🍵

We sipped kava mindfully , hung out in a hammock and had a sound bath and yoga nidra, and honored the mystical especially mermaids…
Bec and Ahnee are amazing at what they do, setting an environment for community and play and fun. Amazing humans❤️ And shades of lavender is soo cool, they have goats and a great gift store!
Perfect refresh and healing night. 🫧🫶🏻🤍(excited for the next fairy ceremony)💎🖤

I found Motherwort plants in my own backyard! Shoutout to workshop on Motherwort or else I wouldn’t have even known! (Maybe I’ll make it into a tea) What a cool herb.
And I planted cosmos seeds and wildflowers and make my own garden

Went to Michigan’s only tea farm. 🌲 Got to try a matcha shot and check out their tea blends. Left with matcha and a ceremonial bowl and whisk.

Let this be the push I need to lower my caffeine intake, and get me to be more mindful of the great benefits of matcha.

So meant to be and can’t wait to incorporate this into my daily routines.
