I spent the morning restocking my booth at the Carlisle Antique Mall in Carlisle, PA. Lots of new goodies in stock, including... (drum roll 🥁🥁🥁) MORE VINTAGE MYSTERY BAGS! These typically sell out quickly, so head to the 3rd floor of the mall, turn right after you walk up the big staircase, and grab yours soon!

Ummm... WHAT JUST HAPPENED!? I found a vintage 1970s London Fog penny lane style coat at Goodwill. Still shaking even after I paid and got it home 🤣. Do I sell it or keep it!?

Anyone else love reuniting families at the thrift store!? I was excited to reunite this teacup with its saucer a few aisles over. Although I couldn't find any other teacups to match the remaining saucers, I hope this set is now able to find the perfect owner.

On a recent thrift store visit, the prices on brass items were absolutely out of control! It seems like this Savers priced anything brass, even smaller items and items that were brass-plated, for $30+. For most of these items, these prices were above what a collector would likely even want to pay. Has anyone else noticed this at their local thrift stores?

While thrifting recently, a picture frame box actually contained... (drumroll 🥁🥁) ...annual family photos from the 90s! You know, "JC Penney in the mall" style family photos. 😅 Is there a sad story behind how these ended up at Goodwill? Probably. But, I got a kick out of imagining that granny just got fed up for a moment and donated the whole box.
