Do you believe in cleansing your home after it's already been cleaned?
We all love a clean home. It brings a certain peace and comfort into our sacred space. If you're anything like me, you might have a few altar spaces around your house, too!
The kitchen is a very sacred space for me. It's where I cook for my family and create some of my herbal remedies. It's also where I make my simmer pot packets!
So, what do these packets do after you've already cleansed your home? They add a little more intention to your space by filling it with gentle aromas that flow throughout your home.
I have a few different packets available, and each one has its own intention behind it.
Spice Up Your Life This one contains spices and herbs like clove and star anise, so it's a little more aromatic than the others. If you're looking to add some intention to your cleansing ritual, this packet is all about protecting your space, your home, yourself, your children, your husband, and your animals. Think of it as adding a little extra spice to your protection ritual!
New Beginnings Once you've cleaned your home, it's time to make room for something new! This simmer packet is all about fresh starts, renewal, rebirth, and welcoming new beginnings. If you've been feeling a little stuck or like you're ready to break through some barriers, this might be the perfect packet to simmer while setting your intentions for what's next.
Protect This Home This one is all about protection! My jumbo simmer packet contains a mixture of salts, including Himalayan salt, which is traditionally used in spiritual protection practices. Some people sprinkle salt near their doorways or around the perimeter of their homes as part of their rituals.
Personally, I love adding herbs and spices like cinnamon, peppermint, dill, sage, rosemary, and other botanicals to my cleansing practices. With this packet, you can bring that same intention into your home by adding the contents to a pot of water and letting everything simmer together.
How to use your simmer packets: Simply add the contents to a pot of water and let them simmer gently for about 30–45 minutes, or until the aroma has filled your space. Keep an eye on your water level and add more as needed so your pot doesn't boil dry.
Whether you're looking to refresh your space, welcome new beginnings, or add an extra layer of intention to your protection rituals, there's a little something here for you!
Give my simmer pot packets a try, leave a review, and let me know what you think! I'd love to hear how you use them in your home, what you love about them, and how I can make them even better.
Thank you for supporting my little corner of magic!
