Walnut Sauerkraut Day & Walnut Farmers Market had a great day!

It was a great turn out and a GORGEOUS day! ☀️

… but we definitely over-prepared 😅 so we would love to share our overstock for HALF PRICE! We will be delivering to Harlan and/or Sunday afternoon and Monday!

Our new seasonal flavors will make a special appearance for tomorrow’s market in Walnut, IA and will DISAPPEAR until after Labor Day! So if you want to be the first to try our new products, make sure to come check us out! We will be in downtown Walnut from 9:00am until 12:00pm!

Using almost EVERY inch of counter space as we prep for Walnut, IA’s Sauerkraut Day Farmers Market!

We are so blessed to belong to an amazing church family that has allowed us to borrow the kitchen for today! Shoutout to First Baptist Church of Harlan, IA for being so gracious!

We are so excited to see everyone tomorrow! We will be set up from 9:00am to 12:00pm!

This rain was much needed… but could it have taken it a little easier on our birdhouse gourd tunnel? 😭😭

We walked out to a beautiful, foggy morning to pick some produce before the farmers market today and found that 3/4 of our birdhouse gourd arches had collapsed from all of the added weight. Thankfully I think we rigged up a support system that will keep them up until harvest time (we hope).

Ask the Lord to protect our gourds because there are lots of birds out there that need a home! 🙏🏻
