Found. Black and brown dog believe he is a puppy. He is antagonizing dogs around the community. He has hurt one small dog and tried to attack our 18 year old sh*tzou. We caught him and have him on a running the out for right now.
He has a blue collar with stripes I believe of orange or brown. He isn't a mean dog but he is bothering other dogs in our community. He turned over a trash can on our deck. Please please come get him he is at our house on a the out chain we are feeding and giving water but we really don't have anywhere to keep him. Please , please come get Dr your dog. Also there is a leash law in Ohio cty. Our shelter is not a no kill shelter.
