Greens & Gathered | The Workshops 🌲
We’re making a weekend of it… and it all begins at the Ash & Co. greenhouse!
On Saturday, November 14, I’m opening the greenhouse for two thoughtfully curated winter season workshop experiences. A little different from our traditional workshops, with beautiful materials, unexpected details and plenty of room to make something entirely your own.
THE GATHERED WREATH
10:00–11:30 AM
We’re skipping the wreath-making and going straight to the beautiful part—the decorating!
Begin with a lush, handmade evergreen wreath and explore a curated collection of beautiful ribbons, bells, specialty greens, botanicals and unique adornments. Layer, gather and create a one-of-a-kind wreath that feels completely your own.
THE GATHERED POT
1:00–2:30 PM
Not your average porch pot workshop!
Think beautiful specialty evergreens, natural textures, unexpected winter botanicals and thoughtfully chosen finishing details. We’ll create a gathered, organic winter arrangement with movement, character and a little something unexpected.
And why not make a day of it? 🤍
Join us for one workshop or treat yourself to both! In between, head up to our friends at Blessed Beans Café for a little coffee + lunch before returning to the greenhouse for the afternoon.

Join us Sunday, November 15, as we take Greens & Gathered to the beautiful barn at Pike Lake Farms Wedding Venue
From 11:30 AM–4 PM, we’ll be gathering with a thoughtfully curated collection of local makers, handmade wreaths, specialty greens, winter botanicals, warm drinks, signature cocktails and plenty of holiday inspiration.
Two days. Two beautiful settings. One very special weekend in Hatley.
