Happy Valentine’s Day, friends 💕

And bittersweet news… this will likely be our last home bakery pickup for awhile as we (finally!) get closer to opening the doors of Eleven East Bakehouse & Mercantile in just a few short weeks. What a season this has been. From my home kitchen to a storefront — you’ve been part of every step.

Hi friends 🤍

I am unfortunately under the weather and won’t be able to make it to the Indoor Winter Market in Fort Atkinson today. I hate missing it, but I need to rest and make sure I’m back at full strength soon, and I don’t want to pass this on to any of you! 🤧

I will be posting available bread in the comments and in my stories for anyone who was planning to grab something today, and we can work out a pickup or delivery option. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support — it truly means the world. 🤎

We’ve been a little quiet over here… and for good reason. ❤️

Behind the scenes we’ve been knee-deep in paint, planning, permits, and all the things getting Eleven East ready — and it has been such a sweet, stretching, exciting season.

But don’t worry… we’re not disappearing on you. 😉

You can find us this weekend at the Winter Indoor Fort Farmers Market, stocked up with your favorite sourdough loaves, baked goods, and a few cozy winter staples (I’ll share location + details)!

Valentine’s 💕 orders will be opening later this week. 🥰
