I never thought I’d have to make a post like this, but after dealing with a few recent situations involving custom orders being started and payment never being received, I need to put some new policies in place.

As a small business, every order takes time, materials, and a lot of care to create. I put my own time and money into making each custom piece special, and unfortunately unpaid orders take away from that.

Moving forward, all custom orders must be paid in full before I begin creating your item. No orders will be started or released until payment has been received.

I truly appreciate every single person who supports my small business, shares my posts, purchases from me, and understands why these changes are needed. These policies help me continue creating the things you love while protecting the time and effort that goes into every piece.

Thank you for supporting
