đż Following the Wisdom of My Body đż
The deeper I step into alignment, the more I realize that intuition isnât just something that guides my spiritual journeyâit guides every part of my life, including the food I nourish myself with and the places I choose to invest my energy and money.
As I continue to grow, heal, and expand, I find myself naturally drawn to the foods my body needs in that moment. Sometimes itâs vibrant greens, fresh fruits, grounding root vegetables, or nourishing whole foods. I no longer see food as just fuel; I see it as information, medicine, and a conversation between my body and my soul.
This fresh fruit kale salad is a perfect example. Instead of following a strict plan, I listened. My body wanted nutrient-dense greens, antioxidant-rich berries, hydrating cucumbers, and the natural sweetness of cherries. Every ingredient serves a purpose, supporting my body as it adapts to new levels of growth and energy.
This intuitive guidance extends beyond my plate.
I pay attention to where I spend my money and who I support. I love shopping small, supporting local businesses, and investing in people who pour their hearts into what they create. I believe our money carries energy, and every purchase is an opportunity to support a dream, a family, a community, or a mission that aligns with our values.
Iâve learned to trust that Spirit often guides me exactly where I need to beâand sometimes where I am needed. Whether itâs discovering a local farmer, a small business owner, a hidden gem of a shop, or simply sharing a conversation with someone who needs encouragement, there is often a greater purpose behind the places Iâm drawn to.
⨠The more I trust my intuition, the more life flows with ease.
⨠The more I listen to my body, the better I feel.
⨠The more I follow Spiritâs guidance, the more aligned opportunities appear.
Today I invite you to pause and ask yourself:
đ What foods is your body asking for?
đ Where is your intuition leading you?
đ How can you support your local community this week?
Sometimes the next step isnât found by thinking harderâitâs found by listening deeper.
