Details of a new piece, the biggest alcohol ink on paper that I’ve managed so far. This piece was inspired by climbing in the woods and streams near my grandmothers house. In the summers, I would travel from the barren, dusty panhandle to her home near Houston and was absolutely mesmerized by the rich greenery, tall trees, natural streams, and fauna which were so foreign to me as a child. The experience was otherworldly and magical.

This is done with alcohol inks and some light pen work for details.
