St. George condo renovation is in full swing! Every square inch needs love. We’ve been able to accomplish A TON in one week:

•Painted all walls and door frames
•Removed baseboards
•Painted cabinet bases
•Removed 1985 appliances (yikes!)
•New deadbolt and locks
•Replaced all lighting 💡

On the schedule for today:

•Replace plumbing and fixtures
•Paint cabinet doors & pulls
•Air ducts are getting blown out 👏🏼
•Replace all outlets and electrical switches

New floors will be installed this week then it’s onto baseboards and my favorite…DECORATING!
