My pepper jams are not just for cream cheese. I use them as glazes for fish/pork/ribs/shrimp/chicken, dipping sauces, and/or slather it on burgers/sandwiches for an extra pop of flavor. They aren’t too spicy, just a touch of heat. The regular flavors are great for baking. I add them on top of my yogurt/icecream, as a filling for homemade kolache, between cake layers or a surprise filling to cupcakes.
