We are headed to the hills in 40 days for the Round Top, Texas Fall Show at Blue Hills. Opening day is Saturday, October 4th, and we are excited to return with a collection of new and vintage art, furniture, and accessories for the home and garden. We are sharing a sneak peek from some of our favorite artists and makers. Show dates are October 4 - 18.

Even though everything is online, I still enjoy the arrival of a home interiors magazine. Sometimes, I earmark a glossy page that I keep returning to because there is something about the artwork, etc., until I have to get online to see more. This happened when I saw Roslyn Mary Craig’s art in this beautifully designed room. It’s hard to pick just one of Ros’ pieces, but these green boxwood topiaries with the planters painted with acrylic on the simple white cotton canvas made me feel peaceful and calm. The Round Top Fall Show is only 2 months away! We are excited to celebrate our 4th business anniversary in our new Barn L location at Blue Hills! I am honored to collaborate with many talented artisans to curate a unique & beautiful collection. I love how captured the spirit of our new space with this sweet watercolor! Counting down the days to be home again in Texas for the October 5th opening day!

This release and spring introduce a new chapter for Curate and my family. We are entering our 4th year in business & we’ve learned a lot & our style has evolved along the way. We wanted our branding to reflect who we are today & the upbeat, fun energy we hope you experience when shopping at our booth at Blue Hills In Round Top. Artist Alli Stark’s design helped make that happen!

We are so excited for the year ahead with lots of moves — a family move to Brisbane Australia and then our Curate move to one of the new buildings at for the October Fall Show. We will share more “Weekends from Brisbane,” special guest curators, and the fantastic collection we are starting to Curate for October!
