Well, hello, it’s been a while, when was it back in the spring of 2020 the last we spent any time with each other? Missed you these last couple of years but then you were busy and you did follow instructions and got those silly shots to be prepared, just in case I got a chance to stop by.
Well, you didn’t bother this year, now did ya?? So, I will be staying for, oh, a week or so and then I’ll be off to pester someone else for a while.
Do you have enough Tylenol to get you through, wouldn’t want you to suffer too much from the headache I can be and it helps keep your temp down when you get so frustrated that I’m not gone in 24hrs like some of my friends…but as they say about company and fish when they stay past 3 days it starts to stink…speaking of stink, I hope you are stocked up on the toilet paper, thank god there hasn’t been another run on that!!!
So are you prepared to watch some mindless movies, you don’t want to start on a series because, trust me you won’t remember half of what you see over the next couple of days, best to just stick to romcom’s, most aren’t worth remembering anyway.
You better check on your supply of Kleenex as well, you are going to need plenty if some stupid bacteria is hanging about just waiting for the chance to take over your sinuses while I’m entertaining the rest of your body…trust me darling I’m going to give it a workout that would put Arnold to shame and guess what, you are not going to have to lift a finger… and if you do, it will probably hurt so just lie still and let me have my way with you. You can enjoy one of the after affects you will probably lose a few pounds from the night sweats and total lack of appetite, oh and did I mention there is a very good chance you will not be able to smell or taste much of anything for a while after I leave, your welcome.
You know that thing that old people talk about, where they walk into a room and forget why they walk in…you will get to do that and even funnier s**t for a while, like forget full conversations or how to spell and some words will become illusive. So now you will have the best excuse there is …I came to visit and no one will argue with that because even if I haven’t made it to their house yet, they have heard of me…
