m so excited about my pampered chef delivery I received this past weekend!!! Y’all get to see it first! The NEW Enameled Cast Iron just came available October 1st. Because of its enameled coating, no seasoning is required, easy to clean & dishwasher safe! It is heat safe up to 500 degrees so perfect for the stovetop & oven. It is a beautiful matte gray so it’s perfect for oven-to-table!!! I have the La Creuset Dutch Oven & I am actually preferring the PC Dutch Oven because the handle makes the lid so much easier to lift on & off the pot. Plus it’s a fraction of the cost.
