One of my favorite techniques that has become my signature style is a faux distressed look using paint.

I love to drag my brush across the edges of furniture to highlight accent the details. This gives each piece more dimension and interest.

It’s also fun to play with the color combinations! We can add as much or as little distressing for your taste. Simple and clean lines or thick messy brush strokes. I also love to add a gold topper and let it drip in spots!

This is your reminder you have free will and you can have a colorful home! 😍✨

Send me a DM with your ideas or questions! Id love to help you create your dream home with more Whimsy 💝
