We are delighted to share with you our most artisanal recipe, the Morita Chili Hot Salsa. Made with very classic ingredients such as roasted tomatoes, onion, garlic, spices, sea salt and a long cooking and reduction process to obtain this luxurious adobo-type sauce. Powerful, completely full of flavor. If you are a fan of smoked and dried chili peppers the Morita chilis are loaded with character. A weekday lunch between online meetings... my BLT with avocado was easy since we had all ingredients on hand, already prepped. All it took was toasting the bread and assembling the goodness, with a kiss of Mayogarlic as my spread to spice it up. I pick that tasty little condiment up FREQUENTLY at our local farmers market in Tomball. Yum! Now, back to my desk, all refreshed and happy. 😊
