How are you all hanging in there? How is the cooking at home and not hitting the drive-thru working out for you? I know many restaurants are doing curbside service, drive-thru service, and still allowing Waitr, DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, Yelp, and Postmates to deliveries but are you prepared if that stops?! Stop and think about it. It is a real possibility. I hope not for the employees who are counting on the income. xo

Life goes on...quarantined or not!

Featured: Sautéed Pork Chops, accompanied by baby spinach, mushroom, fettuccine Alfredo.

Oh yeah... chops seasoned and sautéed 10 minutes in the Quick Cooker added everything else except the cream and spinach, did a quick pressure cook for 3 minutes. Natural steam release for three minutes and then quick release. Remove chops. Stir in cream and spinach, Voila!

Who says we don’t have time to make dinner???

This kid... I better watch out! Braised then broiled to re-crisp the skin bone-in chicken thighs, in a spinach and mushroom cream sauce, served with Italian steamed green beans. 1st time using the iPot and I gotta say he nailed it. Flavors are spot on!

Friends... since we’ve had to change things around a bit, and when I joined I did it on a whim with a $39 kit...we went all out and got the big fat kit so we could do more beautiful demonstrations for you.

We’d like to do an unboxing for you and give you an idea of what you’d be getting if you joined Pampered Chef, ask questions and such, but also to give Lee a good idea of the products he’s not as familiar with as I am.

That said we wanted to know if Monday or Tuesday would be better for the masses?? Of course the video will remain on the site for later viewing so you can still get to it.
