1 cup crushed chocolate cookies or graham crackers
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup Reeseโs Pieces or chopped peanut butter cups

Prepare the Crust:
Preheat the oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined.
Press about 1โ2 tbsp of the mixture into the bottom of each liner.
Make the Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add peanut butter, vanilla, and egg. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
Assemble the Cheesecake Cups:
Divide the filling evenly among the liners, smoothing the tops with a spoon.
Bake:
Bake for 18โ20 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggly.
Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Add Topping:
Drizzle melted chocolate over the chilled cheesecakes and sprinkle with Reeseโs Pieces or chopped peanut butter cups.
Serve and Enjoy:
Carefully remove the cheesecakes from the liners and serve chilled.
