Every batch is made from scratch with the best quality ingredients available to me. I love the creativity and science that goes into baking. Same goes with the experimentation of all the different flavor combinations. My desserts are created and inspired by my love for baking and traveling. I was born in Suriname, have lived in South Florida and now reside in Houston. My family lives in Holland, so I travel as much as I can to Europe. All of my desserts are inspired by Caribbean, Latin, Asian and European influences. I have been baking for over 25 years and taught Cake Decorating for over 3 years.
