Sharing progress pics from my latest commission. My studio, has been hard at work for the last 9 months on a mosaic fountain for Helen’s Park in Houston. I’m so excited about this project as it is right in my own neighborhood ! It is over 700 square feet and made completely of hand cut Mexican Smalti glass. My design is large scale native flora and fauna found in our prairies here in Texas. It is by far my largest commission to date! I am grateful for my studio assistants! We have worked so hard! What a great week! Paintings finished, custom framed ( in just one day:) and installed today just in time for first holiday gathering tonight ! These pieces were Xmas gift from Hubby! 👏👏👏And of course approved by sweet Leo 🐶🐾
