Designed by JML Design LLC, the Holman Automotive workplace pushed creative boundaries through an unapologetic use of color, texture, pattern, and unexpected finishes.
At the heart of the design, a new second-floor mezzanine and sculptural spiral staircase transformed the workplace both visually and functionally. The elevated level gives the creative team a unique vantage point overlooking the activity below, reinforcing a sense of connection, collaboration, and shared energy throughout the office.
Bold geometric flooring, vibrant architectural accents, transparent meeting spaces, and playful gathering areas come together in a workplace that encourages people to create, connect, and think differently. This project became an opportunity to move beyond the expected corporate office and design a space where creativityโand the culture surrounding itโcould truly flourish.
