There's so many struggling right now. Supporting our mind, body, and souls during this time and doing things for self care is crucial.
Be sure to be spending time in nature, as well as in meditation.
To support the body, be sure to follow up with your doctor to get any support you may need. To support your mind, find a therapist or a group of people who will listen and support you in a positive, encouraging way.
You probably already know these things, but do you know how to help support your soul? Finding people how are certified and experienced in healing modalities is very important.
I'm a Reiki Master and certified Emotion Code Practitioner.
Being a Reiki Master means I'm certified at the highest level of Reiki. I'm trained to channel the universal life energy through chrakas to align them. Most of the time, I do receive messages from guides and angels to give to the person receiving the alignment.
The Emotion Code is a beautiful modality. It releases stuck negative emotions that keep us trapped in a lower vibration, frequency, beliefs, and patterns. When they are released, it brings ease to our minds, bodies, and souls from anything from anxiety, depression, allergies, and even physical issues. These emotions can be from us, absorbed from others, as well as past life traumas. During these sessions, angels and guides can be quite chatty as well. :)
One of the beautiful things about energy work is that it can all be done virtually. So it doesn't matter location you all can get the help and support you need.
