Thank you, Blessed Little Kitchen for this box. It’s like you knew how our weekend was going to go and that it was going to be a tough one to get through due to unkindness of others.

We are a small business. Family oriented. Love to serve our community. But it seems so easy for people to review a small business negatively but big corporations they don’t even waste their time.
Our past 2 reviews could’ve been solved with just a simple phone call and more information provided by the customer. But instead, they assumed we would act like big corporations with the technical services and careless actions.
We do not offer delivery confirmations. BUT if you let us know or notate on your order you wish to receive a notice of delivery we will be more than happy to call you with that information.
If you leave your name off a card and the recipient calls us asking who sent them their arrangement, we will always tell them just the name of the customer. Unless you tell us directly you wish to remain anonymous.
So before hitting the “submit” button if you’re dealing with a small business, think twice. Maybe a simple phone call will fix everything. The small business owner of any place will be more than happy to assist on the correcting the situation to assure the customer is happy. Big corporations do not care whatsoever. So please, Just be kind to the small business. As these businesses work to feed their families, put kids through school, sports, etc.
