The why and how of SLH is in memory of our daughter Madelyn Elizabeth who was stillborn on June 2,2021. 💛

Next week starts a new month.
Ya know…. June.

June 3 marks five years since our daughter Madelyn Elizabeth went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Five!
A HOLD handful is what most five year olds would excitedly say turning 5.

So much has taken place honestly no time nor words could ever describe the journey the last past five years has been.
ONE thing for sure.. Thankful for God’s mercy, love, comfort, healing and peace and my husband.

As I said five years ago after the doctor said “ I’m so sorry ..”

All I could do was weep and proclaim that “ Madelyn is with Jesus Christ.”

STILL to this day We cling to that truth and the promises of Jesus Christ.

“ Madelyn is with Jesus Christ .”

As the days approach please just keep myself and Jake in your prayers and thoughts.

No matter how many years go by and no matter how many children fill our home we will forever miss and love Madelyn Elizabeth 🩷

One day we will see Madelyn Elizabeth again BUT most importantly WE WILL see our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because we have a personal relationship with Him. 💛
