Due to non-payment and non-response from certain customers after ordering custom shirts, I have made the decision to require upfront payment before I work on any order. Unfortunately, I have wasted over four hours this past week creating a custom rush order that was ultimately ignored. As I rely on my husband for transportation to get supplies, this not only wastes my time but also his. It is unprofessional and inconsiderate to both myself and my husband to devote time to ensuring customer satisfaction without receiving compensation. I appreciate my reliable customers who settle their accounts promptly and thank them for their continued support.

Upon reaching the milestone of over 100 followers, I have come to realize that I have not properly introduced myself. My name is Chelsea, and I am both a wife and stay-at-home mother. Lilly Pad Designs was created in 2022 as a hobby and means of generating some additional income. Your support has been invaluable, and I would like to take this opportunity to get to know each and every one of you better.
