I had lots of ideas for my cottage decor brand and I finally settled on the perfect name. The story goes like this. My husband's grandmother Betty, would drive by an old barn every day after work where she always dreamed of opening an antique store. She never bought the old barn but she loved antiques and when she retired she ope

ned up an antique shop where she created a lot of wonderful memories doing what she loved. Even though I've never met her, my family has shared those stories, which has inspired me to carry out a similar passion. This has taught me to not wait to do something I love and take every opportunity spending time doing what brings joy to my life. Then their is my grandmother Millie. I remember spending lots of time with her when I was young. This is where she introduced me to Martha Stewart which shaped my passion for crafting, decorating and hosting. As I have grown older this has given me the opportunity to utilize those experiences to create a cozy environment in my home to share with others. I hope I inspire others to find beauty in things that might not be beautiful at first glance and create beauty within their homes for others to enjoy and love.
