Meet Martha Elizabeth, or Elizabeth for short. She found her forever home last night 💚

She was inspired by my love of porch geese and gifted to an amazing, sweet lady. The recipient helped name her, and her name holds so much meaning. Elizabeth was named after her sister, who is no longer with us - today marking her death anniversary. 🤍

She is missed every single day, like all loved ones we’ve lost, but especially during the holidays when our hearts feel it a little more. As Christmas draws closer, I encourage everyone to hold their loved ones a little tighter and cherish every moment together.

As families gather, I pray we all remember the true reason for the season - the birth of Jesus, our greatest gift - and the hope, love, and peace He brings.
