🥞✨ Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Muffins ✨🥞
Upgrade your breakfast with these crispy, golden-brown muffins filled with the sweetness of cinnamon and sugar!
• Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
Whipped cream
Powdered sugar
Fresh berries
Maple syrup
Chopped nuts
Directions:
Prepare Muffin Batter:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Cook the Muffins:
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.
While muffins are still warm, dip tops into the cinnamon sugar mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Make it Crispy:
For a crispy top, bake muffins for an additional 2-3 minutes. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
Store and Reheat:
Store cooled muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warm and crispy.

🖤HOT FUDGE PIE🖤 Easy!!! Don't Lose it!!!
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream together butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well by hand. Add cocoa powder, salt and flour and stir by hand until well combined. Hand mix to make it gooey, because if you use a mixer, it will have more of a brownie or cake texture, rather than "gooey". Grease 8 inch pie pan with butter or cooking spray, pour mixture into pie pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until center is set.

INGREDIENTS
9 Graham Cracker squares
3 c. white chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
pinch of kosher salt
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. marshmallow Fluff
1 (3.4-oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
DIRECTIONS
Line a square (8-x-8” or 9-x-9”) baking pan with parchment paper then grease with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the pan with graham cracker squares so that the the entire bottom of the pan is covered, trimming graham crackers if necessary.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla and salt. Cook, stirring often, until melted and smooth.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add pudding mix; stir until completely dissolved.
Turn off heat and add marshmallow fluff. Stir until melted. Pour mixture over graham crackers.
Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours. Cut into small squares.

Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls 😋😋
Ingredients
10 Egg roll wrappers
1 Large can of sliced pieces drained and rinsed
¼ C.Water
¼ C.Granulated sugar
1Tbsp.Cornstarch
1tsp.Vanilla extract
Squeeze fresh lemon juice
1Large egg beaten
2 Tbsp.Butter melted
½ C.Brown sugar
1 Tbsp+ 1 tsp. Cinnamon divided
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Dice the peaches and add them to a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Mix the cornstarch with the water and add to the skillet along with the sugar. Stir until the sugar is melted, and the mixture thickens.
Stir in the vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let cool.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and add a layer of the filling to one end.
Fold the sides in and roll the egg roll closed.
Use a bit of egg to secure the egg roll closed.
Dip the egg roll in the melted butter.
Stir together the brown sugar and 1 Tbsp of cinnamon in a bowl, and toss the butter dipped egg rolls in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place the egg rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and crispy.

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

Ingredients :
½ avocado (sliced)
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
2 slices multigrain bread ( I like Ezekiel sprouted grain bread)
a dab of butter
*Method *:
Butter the outside layers of the bread. Place one slice, buttered side down in a frying pan -heated at medium heat. Layer the cheese, tomato and then the avocado.

No bake Chocolate Eclair Cake
Ingredients
2 (3.5 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping (COOL WHIP) thawed
3 cups milk
2 sleeves graham cracker squares
1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip.
In an 9 x 13 baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom. You may have to break them up a bit to get enough crackers to cover the bottom of your dish.
Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the crackers.
Layer another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.
Then layer the other half of the pudding mixture on top of crackers.
Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Put plastic wrap over dish and put in fridge for about 30 min to an hour to allow pudding to set.
When ready, put the tub of chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 15 seconds to soften (remove lid and aluminum foil top before microwaving).
Take out and stir frosting. It should be easily spreadable now.
Remove plastic wrap from dish and evenly spread chocolate frosting all over the top layer of graham crackers.
Place plastic wrap over top of dish and put back in fridge and let it chill overnight.
This dessert gets better over time. The graham crackers need plenty of time to soften up.
When ready, slice and serve!

Homemade beef & cheese empanadas 😋😋
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
1/4 tsp chili powder
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp diced jalapeños
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 boxes Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie Crust
1 egg
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°.
In a cast iron pan or large frying pan, add ground beef, chopped onions, minced garlic and cook over medium heat until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain grease and return to pan.
Sprinkle with seasonings, stir.
Add tomato sauce and jalapeños, stir and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Unroll pie crust on a lightly flour surface. Using a 4 inch bowl, turn bowl upside down and press down to cut dough. Should be able to get 4 pieces per pie crust.
Add a little water to the edges of the dough before filling to help seal.
Add a small amount of shredded cheese and about a 1/4 cup of meat mixture.
Fold dough over and using a fork, close up the edges by pressing to seal and place on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk egg and one tablespoon of water together. Using a basting brush, brush egg wash over the top of each empanada.
Bake for 15 minutes or until empanada crust is golden brown.
Carefully remove from oven and enjoy.

Ranch-Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
6 boneless chicken breast
1 cup dry bread crumbs, (even better, use panko breadcrumbs)
1/4 cup (up to 1/3) parmesan cheese
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp (up to 1) black pepper, ground
1/2 tsp (up to 1) garlic powder
1 cup prepared ranch salad dressing, (use bottled salad dressing, you might need a bit more dressing)
1/4 cup butter, melted (no substitutes)
Directions
Set oven to 400° degrees (set oven rack to lowest position).
Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
In a shallow bowl mix together the dry breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken into the ranch dressing to coat both sides (allow any excess to drip off).
Coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place in a single layer onto a greased baking sheet or line with non-stick foil (do NOT bake in a smaller baking dish or the bottom of the chicken will be soggy).
Lightly drizzle the melted butter over each breast (for low-fat option omit the butter or use a diet alternative).
If desired you can sprinkle black pepper over the chicken pieces
Bake uncovered for about 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

Best Homemade Potato Soup
Ingredients
6 medium Russet potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1 onion diced
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 stalks celery, diced
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 cups of vegetable broth or chicken broth
1 cup milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp minced parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp flour (corn starch can be substituted)
1 cup finely grated cheese of your choice
How To Make Best Homemade Potato Soup
Add the bacon to a soup pot and cook until the fat is crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. Pour off most of the bacon fat, but do not clean the pan. Return the pan to medium heat and add in the onion, celery and carrot
Stir and cook for two minutes, then add in the diced potatoes, salt and pepper and any other seasonings you like
Pour in the broth and bring to a low boil
Cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes start to soften
Whisk the flour and the milk, add to the pot and stir continuously
Cook for another 5 minutes
Carefully scoop out ¼ to ½ of the soup and process it in a blender or food processor until it is smooth
Add this back into the pot slowly and carefully so it does not splash back on you and burn
Stir in the crumbled bacon, leaving some for a garnish
Serve in bowls with parsley, bacon and a little cheese for a garnish

PEPPER STEAK IN A CROCK POT
Ingredients
2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
¾ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cube beef bouillon
¼ cup hot water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ cup chopped onion
2 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Sprinkle beef sirloin strips with garlic powder. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear beef strips, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a slow cooker.
Mix bouillon cube with hot water in a separate container until dissolved, then mix in cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into the slow cooker with beef strips. Stir in onion, green peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
